Working principle
The gas tank for mixing/control is filled (in accordance with the operating pressure) with clean compressed air; the suction (feeding) device sends the material into the mixing silo; the PLC can program the control valve/air control valve to compress in the form of intermittent pulses The air (through the mixing head) is sent into the mixing silo. Under the action of pulsating airflow, the powder in the silo exhibits a spiral upward flow state, which is thrown up/dislocated/dropped; after several pulse processes, the material in the silo is mixed Complete the homogenization and mixing operation process within a few minutes.
